If for any reason you’re not in love with your purchase, we're happy to offer a no-questions-asked refund on any purchase, for up to 30 days after your item was received (as long as it's in original condition and packaging).
Sales of engraved pieces are final at this time. All other made-to-order pieces are eligible for return and full refund.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
To make a return, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll provide the return shipping address.
To make an exchange, please return the item(s) and place a new order. Once we receive your order, we will issue you a refund.
WRONG OR DAMAGED ITEMS
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please email us at email@example.com right away and we will provide a replacement.
If you would like to cancel your order, please email us as soon as possible. This does not guarantee a cancellation, but if the order has not gone into production (for engraved items) or shipped (non-engraved items), we will gladly cancel the order and refund your payment.
